2009 Burning Tree Homeowners Association Dues
The 2009 Burning Tree Homeowners Association Dues and Assessment are due on or
before March 1, 2009. The 2009 Homeowners Dues are $476 and the Capital Reserve
Assessment is $100.
A late fee of $25 will be charged to any homeowner who has an outstanding balance that
is not received prior to June 1, 2009.
Please submit your 2009 Annual HOA Dues and Capital Reserve Assessment in the
amount of $576 to BTHA, P.O. Box 621073 Littleton, CO 80162 or drop it off
to Ted Snailum @ 24 Spyglass Dr. Thank you.
