Burning Tree Architectural Review Committee Update (BTARC) With the shorter days, be sure to check your yard light frequently to make sure it is working properly. Now is a good time to look around the outside of your house and remove any unsightly things so that your neighbors won't have to look at them all winter. The BTARC would like to thank everyone for your cooperation in submitting your projects for approval in 2009. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with all aspects of our Covenants or, feel free to call an BTARC member. If you are new to Burning Tree and don't have a copy of our Covenants, please download them off of this website. Remember... All homeowners are invited to attend the monthly Board meetings held at 7:30PM on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Town Hall. Minutes from the Board meetings are posted on this website. If you are new to the neighborhood or have misplaced your key to open the pool or tennis courts, please contact Michele. Replacement keys are $5.00.
